Discussion [정답] Osteoblastoma, right ethmoid sinus

해설
Osteoblastomas tend to be expansile and remodel adjacent bone. The lesion remains fairly well circumscribed without causing bone destruction on radiographically. Some lesions have large, discrete areas of organized bone density, and others have a mixed osseous and fibrous appearance. The latter tends to be more nodular and coarsely organized than most ossifying fibromas and some fibrous dysplasias. Benign osteoblastoma is not usually life threatening. As well as ethmoid, other paranasal sinus may be involved, such as maxillary sinus.
Although the treatment of choice is usually complete surgical excision, sometimes it is difficult to sacrifice certain important anatomical structures.
