| Discussion | 정답: Mixed germ cell tumor, spetum pellucidum MR 영상에서는 gray matter 와 유사한 신호강도를 (hypercellular mass) 보이며 강한 조영증강을 보인다. Germ cell tumor는 주로 남자에서 발생되며 10세에서 30세 미만에서 나타난다. 주로 midline 즉 pineal 과 suprasellar regions에 대부분(76-90%) 발생된다. 그외 basal ganglia, thalamus, vermis, pituitary gland, ventricle에도 드물게 나타난다.
