| Discussion | Fat-suppressed MRI demonstrates both suppressible fat components and enhancing non-adipose portions within the left intraorbital space. Mass effect of the lesion with medial displacement of the optic nerve, and infiltrative growth patterns are noted. Liposarcoma accounts for 15%–25% of all sarcomas and is the most common sarcoma of adults. Liposarcoma is extremely rare in the orbit, reported as less than 0.4% (six cases) of all orbit tumors Reference Garrity JA, Henderson JW. Henderson’s orbital tumors.
