| Discussion | 정답: Hemochromatosis Primary (hereditary) form과 transfusion등에 의한 secondary form으로 나뉩니다. 체내에 iron deposition이 증가하게 되므로 liver, spleen, bone marrow등에 쌓이게 됩니다. Brain에서는 특히 pituitary gland를 involve하여 hypogonadotropic hypogonadism을 초래하게 됩니다. 한 보고에 따르면 신호강도가 낮을수록 pituitary dysfunction이 더 심하다고 합니다. 그 외에 iron이 침착되는 곳은 choroid plexus 입니다. 이 증례에서도 pituitary gland와 choroid plexus의 신호강도가 낮아져 있습니다. |
