Schwannoma arising from the sixth cranial nerve is exceedingly rare. MRI에서 조영증강되는 T2 high signal intensity의 병변이 우측 Dorello’s canal에 위치하고 있으며, 감마나이프 수술 이후 병변은 없어졌으며, 증상도 호전되었다. |
