Discussion benign proliferative lesion of fibroblasts with pseudosarcomatous histologic features.
usually arises in the subcutaneous tissues.
most common location- the upper extremities, followed by the head and neck, the lower extremities, and trunk
young adults between 20 and 40 years; most commonly involved
3 subtypes; subcutaneous, intramuscular, and intermuscular (fascial) types.
Imaging finding 
Superficial location; relatively well-defined, soft-tissue mass
Deep location (intramuscular type); large, ill-defined margins, aggressive behavior simulating a malignancy
Enhancement; various degrees of enhancement, moderate to strong enhancement is common
