| Discussion | Lymphoma associated with Sjögren syndrome - Sjögren syndrome who develop lymphoma has varied across studies from 2.7% to 9.8%. - No obvious correlations were found in the severity or duration of Sjögren syndrome. - Most of them were low-grade B-cell malignancies: small lymphocytic lymphoma, monocytoid B-cell lymphoma, follicular mixed lymphoma, and especially mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma (46-56%). - Approximately 10% of patients with lymphoma have multiple histologic types. - Most lymphomas associated with Sjögren syndrome initially involve the neck organs, including the salivary, lacrimal, and thyroid glands and cervical lymph nodes. # Image findings - Cervical lymphadenopathy with or without a solitary glandular mass of the neck organ. - Multiple salivary gland masses diffuse salivary gland enlargement, or a salivary gland mass extending outside of the gland, microcystic change and calcification. - Benign and malignant lesions of salivary and lacrimal gland show overlap |
