Discussion	Sarcoidosis :Spinal cord resection과 cervical lymph node biopsy에서 모두 chronic granulomatous inflammation with no necrosis로 나오고 TB 소견 없어 sarcoidosis로 진단됨. 1. Introduction 1% of patients have isolated CNS involvement CNS imaging findings are seen about 10% of patients with systemic sarcoidosis. 2. Radiologic finding Spine intramedullary involvement - Up to 25%, mainly cervical and thoracic regions - T1 low/T2 high lesion with patchy enhancement - Fusiform cord enlargement
