Posterior neck mass를 주소로 내원했다. 2년전 vertebral artery dissecting aneurysm치료를 위해 suboccipital craniotomy 시행한 과거력이 있다. 가능한 진단은?
Discussion A type of musculoskeletal fibromatosis. While it is a non-metastasizing fibrous lesion, it is thought to be a true neoplasm that arises from the fascial and musculoaponeurotic coverings, sometimes at the site of a traumatic or post-surgical scar.
Radiographic features
: Tend to be poorly marginated infiltrating the surrounding tissues, the lack of metastasis
CT
- Soft tissue mass, with ill-defined infiltrative margins
- Similar or slightly higher attenuation than skeletal muscle
- Necrosis and calcifications: extremely rare
MRI
- T1: homogeneously isointense or mildly hyperintense
- T2/STIR: high heterogeneous signal
- T1 C+ (Gd): typically enhances avidly
