Discussion	1. Introduction - A rare spindle-cell neoplasm , a slow growing entitiy with insidious clinical course - occur anywhere in the orbit - average age: 40yr 2. Radiologic findings This case; A well defined, ovoid mass mainly in the inferomedial extraconal space of the right orbit Iso SI on T1WI and T2WI, DWI (-), strong enhancement, DCE: early wash in and delayed wash out Characteristic findings: iso or hypo SI, marked enhancement, wash out DCE pattern (Ref: AJR 2012; 199:W506–W511)
