Discussion -Inverted papillomas (IP): benign sinonasal tumors with a 7% to 10% potential for malignant transformation to squamous cell carcinoma (IP-SCC).
-Image finding of inverted papilloma: solid tumor occupying the middle meatus and maxillary sinus with a convoluted cerebriform pattern on T2WI or CE-T1WI
-Image finding of IP-SCC: central necrosis, loss of convoluted cerebriform patter, aggressive bone destruction with extrasinonasal extension, lymph node metastasis
