Introduction Rare benign lymphoproliferative disorder of uncertain etiology Non-Langerhans cell histiocytosis Mainly children and young adult (20 years), male predominance * Neurologic manifestation: older patient (mean age, 40 years) 2. Radiologic findings Well-circumscribed, extra-axial, dural based mass CT: isodense or hyperdense mass without calcification, some cystic degeneration MR: hypo-iso intensity on T1WI, heterogeneous hyper-hypointensity on T2WI, intensive enhancement, diffusion restriction (+), Dural tail sign 3.
