| Discussion | • Diagnosis : Lhermitte-Dulcos disease • = Dysplastic gangliocytoma of the cerebellum, WHO grade1 • Middle aged adult • Loss of normal cerebellar cortex architecture due to forming a harmatomous lesion Consisting of abnormal hypertrophic ganglion cells • Usually found at Lt. side cerebellar hemisphere • Imaging finding – Mass in posterior fossa with unilateral expansion – Hypointense in T1WI and hyperintense in T2WI – Parallel linear striation at periphery of lesion (tiger-stripped appearance) – Non-enhancing mass Enhancing mass is a preferred factor indicating rather hemangioblastoma |
