Discussion Clinical history: Incidental bowel perforation during enteroscopy with extensive intestinal bleeding laboratory finding: Hb 2.3, platelet: 43,000
Imaging finding: significantly decreased attenuation of bilateral transverse and sigmoid sinus on pre-contrast CT scan
Severe hemodilution due to extensive blood loss, shows significant low attenuation in the bilateral transverse, sigmoid sinus and part of superior sagittal sinus
DDx. Thin chronic SDH
