| Discussion | * Introduction - Multisystemic immune related vasculitis characterized by recurrent oral and genital ulcer, uveitis, skin lesion, venous thrombosis and arthritis - Neurologic menifestation in 10~25% of patients - Young adult, Male > female in neuro-Behçet disease * Image findings - Location : brain stem (cerebral peduncle and pons, m/c), thalamus, basal ganglia and cerebral hemisphere - T2/FLAIR hyperintense lesions with expansion of involved structures in acute phase - Patchy or nodular enhancement - Development and disappearance of the lesion at follow up imaging correlation with the course of clinical neurologic deficits - Diminish in size in response to steroids/immunosuppressive drugs |
