| Discussion | Postictal hypoperfusion on perfusion CT Rt cerebral hemisphere에 CBV,CBF가 감소되어 있으나 MTT의 delay는 없음. CT angiography에서 intracranial artery에 significant stenosis는 없음. Postictal hypoperfusion으로 생각되며, todd paralysis symptom을 동반한 증례임. 아마도 seizure는 right parietal old infarction area에서 발생했을 가능성이 있음. 이러한 postictal hypoperfusion 및 todd paralysis는 seizure onset site와 잘 correlation (lateralization) 함. SPECT에서는 postictal hypoperfusion이 잘 알려져 있음. |
