Diagnosis
Clinical information	74세 남자. 잠시 의식 소실 후 두통 발생하여 내원.
Discussion	Dural arteriovenous fistula (DAVF) type-IV DAVF중에서 특별히 cerebral cortical vein으로만 drain되는 type으로서 intracerebral hemorrhage를 잘 일으킨다. 전체적인 분류는 venous pressure의 증가에 의한 venous infarction과 hemorrhage의 위험도에 기준한다. Type-I: Venous drainage into dural venous sinus with antegrade flow Type-IIa: Venous drainage into dural venous sinus with retrograde flow Type-IIb: Venous drainage into dural venous sinus with antegrade flow and CVR Type- IIa+b: Venous drainage into dural venous sinus with retrograde flow and CVR Type- III: Venous drainage directly into subarachnoid veins (CVR only) Type- IV: Type III with venous ectasias of the draining subarachnoid veins (CVR: cortical venous reflux) C.
