Diagnosis
Clinical information	54세 여자. 두통과 어지러움으로 내원.
Discussion	Ependymoma Imaging findings: • Heterogenously enhanced mass at 4th ventricle • Internal cystic portion • Plasticity Reference: Ependymoma • Slow growing tumor from ependymal cells • WHO grade II or III • Children >> Young adults, mean 4 years • Location – 2/3 infratentorial; 4th ventricle – 1/3 supratentorial; periventricular WM • 15% of posterior fossa tumor in chindren – After PA, PNET-MB • Imaging findings – Plastic tumor; 4th ventricle 모양을 유지하면서 자란다 • 4th ventricle tumor extends into CPA/cisterna magna • Indistinct interface with floor of 4th ventricle – Heterogenous enhancement – Ca++; common – Cystic/hemorrhagic change MR Prince and FS Chew Ependymoma of the fourth ventricle Am.
