| Discussion | PRES BRAIN MRI - 양측 temporo-occipital area의 cortex와 subcortical white matter에 FLAIR에서 high signal intensity lesions이 있으며, patchy enhancement를 동반함. Diffusion weighted image에서 이 병변들은 detection 되지 않으나, ADC map에서는 high signal intensity를 보임. 비슷한 양상의 병변들이 양측 centrum semiovale에서도 관찰됨. 진단: Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) |
