Discussion	Findings: Extra-axial mass at pre-pontine cistern, T2 high, T1 low, subtle enhancement and DWI intermediate signal. DDx. Epidermoid, dermoid, chordoma, meningioma Final Dx: Chordoma Review: Uncommon slowly growing, destructive tumor. - Histologically benign, but locally invasive tumor - Mainly occurs at spheno-occpital region - Midline and clival involvement
