| Discussion | [정답] Schwannoma Subfrontal schwannoma는 매우 드물며 그 origin이 잘 알려져 있지 않다. Olfactory nerve에는 Schwann cell이 없어 이로부터 origin하는 것은 아닌것으로 알려져 있고 trigeminal nerve의 meningeal branch나 dural vessel의 perivascular nerve plexus에서 origin하는 것으로 추정된다. 대개의 경우 영상소견이 meningioma로 혼동되는데 도움이 될 만한 감별점은 dural tail sign이 없고 CT상 hyperostosis가 없으며 bone scalloping이 있는 점이라 하겠다. 본 증례에서 T2WI상 hemorrhage에 의한 low signal이 보였으며 이는 병리소견에서 확인되었다. |
